Terms of Service

  1. Overview MyCoach.ae ("we," "our," "the Platform") provides an online listing and booking platform that connects clients with independent coaches and fitness professionals. These Terms and Conditions govern both coaches' and clients' access to and use of the platform and its services.
  2. Eligibility For Coaches: By using our services, you confirm that you:
  • Are at least 18 years old.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Are a certified coach or professional legally eligible to provide the services you list. For Clients: By booking a service, you confirm that you:
  • Are at least 18 years old.
  • Are medically fit to engage in physical activity and take full responsibility for your health status.
  1. Subscription & Fees (Coaches)
  • All coaches are required to subscribe to a monthly subscription plan, billed in advance.
  • The subscription includes a 12-month minimum commitment starting from the subscription activation date.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in these Terms or in the "Notes" section of your signed agreement.
  • All payments must be made using the approved methods listed on MyCoach.ae.
  1. Term & Renewal
  • This agreement remains valid for 12 months from signup.
  • After the initial term, it automatically renews on a month-to-month basis unless terminated with a 30-day written notice prior to renewal.
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations are not permitted during the initial 12-month term unless an exception is specified in the signed agreement.
  • Early termination without an approved exception may result in the full payment of remaining subscription fees.
  1. Coach Responsibilities
  • Coaches must ensure their listing content (services, pricing, availability) is accurate and up to date.
  • Coaches are solely responsible for managing bookings and client communications through their dashboard.
  • All confirmed sessions must be honored as listed.
  1. No Commission Model
  • MyCoach.ae operates strictly on a subscription model.
  • We do not take any commission from bookings.
  • All payments from clients are made directly to the coach or their designated account unless otherwise agreed.
  1. Listing Guidelines
  • Coaches may list multiple services or packages.
  • All listings must be professional, truthful, and not misleading.
  • MyCoach.ae reserves the right to remove any listing that violates platform policies or community standards.
  1. Platform Use and Restrictions
  • You agree not to misuse the platform for spamming, fraudulent activity, or unauthorized marketing.
  • Impersonation and misrepresentation of credentials are strictly prohibited.
  • MyCoach.ae reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these terms.
  1. Health and Liability Disclaimer (Clients)
  • MyCoach.ae is not a coaching or training provider. We serve only as a booking platform.
  • All physical activities carry risks. Clients are responsible for ensuring they are fit and healthy before engaging in any session.
  • Clients should consult a medical professional before starting any new fitness program.
  1. No Liability for Health Outcomes
  • MyCoach.ae is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, allergic reactions, mental or physical harm resulting from services provided by coaches.
  • This includes (but is not limited to) injuries during sessions, misuse of advice, or coach negligence.
  1. Independent Contractors
  • All coaches listed on MyCoach.ae are independent contractors.
  • We do not control or supervise their methods, qualifications, or service delivery.
  1. Client Due Diligence
  • Clients are responsible for verifying a coach's certifications and experience before booking.
  • Clients may request documentation or references directly from the coach.
  1. Waiver of Claims (Clients) By using MyCoach.ae, clients agree to waive any legal claims against the Platform for:
  • Personal injury,
  • Physical or emotional distress,
  • Lost income or damages,
  • Or any other consequences related to services booked through the platform.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All content, branding, and platform designs remain the exclusive property of MyCoach.ae.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • MyCoach.ae does not guarantee any specific number of bookings or income.
  • We are not responsible for the conduct or performance of coaches or clients.
  1. Modifications
  • These Terms may be updated at any time.
  • Users will be notified via email or dashboard. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
  1. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
