She is fully certified STOTT Pilates instructor, with additional courses in injuries & special population, pre and post natal, cardio-trampoline. Drawing on her Master’s degree in Science of Nursing from Canada, Nathalie brings deep knowledge of anatomy and physiology to her practice.
