Meet Coach Arshia a corrective exercise and transformation specialist who blends functional strength, science-backed programming, and a mindset-first approach to help clients reclaim their bodies, health, and confidence. With over 10 years of coaching experience and more than 2,000 one-to-one sessions delivered, Arshia’s career began in gyms where people didn’t walk in looking for six-packs, they walked in looking for relief. Clients with pain, injuries, postural issues, and fear of movement. It was there that he learned something most trainers never do: Fitness is not just about aesthetics, it’s about being able to live life fully. Today, his coaching is built for three types of people: Those training with injuries or limitations who need intelligent, pain-aware progress Individuals who struggle with motivation, habits, and lifestyle and need accountability Clients who want to move better, feel stronger, and perform in real life, not just in the gym Training with Coach Arshia isn’t about doing more it’s about doing what matters. It’s about rebuilding movement, rewiring habits, and proving what your body is truly capable of. When you work with him, you don’t just get a plan, you get a partner committed to your transformation
